Failing to allow diifferent BILLING Address

I am needing to ship to one country, and bill to another country, but it is forcing me to give the same Country for billing as I did for shipping… Please see the attached screenshot…

We tried replicating this issue and can’t get a similar result.

Can you confirm that Canada is available in the Shipping dropdown?
If it is, after selecting Canada for the shipping, does it become the only option in the Billing dropdown?

Actually, I realize that I can’t upload MP4 video, so I have it on YouTube at this link…

My problem is that some products can only be fulfilled from the USA, and ONLY shipped
within the USA, but it is being paid by a Canadian customer (Example is a gift being
ordered and paid by someone in Canada, and Vice-Versa).

This could also, for example, be ordered / paid by someone in UK, but
being fulfilled and shipped within USA, for example.

You are right, the billing address shouldn’t be limited by the shipping options for a product. We’ll change it to show all countries configured in your store (in your case that would be US, Canada), even when a product’s shipping is limited to a specific destination.

The change should be live next week. I’ll update this post once it’s ready.

Just writing to confirm we’ve fixed this issue.

You can now select other countries for the billing address. Please clear your browser cache to ensure you’re using the latest version before testing.
