I added a simple form module in my webpage but the data is not receiving on email id I added and also there is no thank you page after submission,
Please let me know how to fix this asap

It's possible that the emails which smart form sends are caught in the spam filter of your email server. Depending on what email provider you use (if it's gmail) the message may be classified in the Promotions or the Forums tabs. You can contact us here for further assistance.
