Google search console couldnt fetch sitemaps

Hi,

Im having an issue with by site that google search cannot fetch sitemaps.xml. I checked the sitemaps format, checked that there are no robots.txt blocking google, rechecked the url multiple times with and without http/ https, checked all possible google tips but nothing.

Any ideas on what might be the issue? Im hosting on coudflare. Could it be somehow related to coudflare blocking google bot?

Google Search Console is randomly buggy, and often does inexplicable stuff one day, and not the next. Try resubmitting your sitemap in a day or two. I have over 50 websites in my Google Search Console and from time-to-time, I’ll get one that won’t accept a sitemap, but the pages still get crawled, and show up if I do a Google search using the format “site:yoursite.com”
