Google Tag Manager in HEAD. Does this look right?

I read a few posts about adding my Google Tag Manager script to the HEAD section. I thought I did it correctly (right clicked index.html, properties, Head section, pasted in code AFTER global head content).
When I view my source in BSS the Google Tag Manager stuff just looks like text. Please attached image. (Note - I blacked X’d out my tag ID)

The don’t highlight the custom Head Content code in the application window, but it should work when viewed in the browser after exporting and publishing.

Ok. Thanks. It does look correct when I ‘inspect’ the index.html from my browser. Appreciate the help.
