I'd like to add pre and code elements but I can't see them anywhere! I guess I could add them as custom code, but it seems odd that they're missing.

Right now the way we do text editing in Bootstrap Studio is rather limited, which is why Pre and Code aren't supported. We will be updating it in an upcoming release, but right now Custom Code is the way to add <pre> and <code> elements to your pages.
