How to Change Background Color and Line Color?

You change the background color in the options panel under options chart datasets: that will change the color under the line and on the line

BSS using chartJS 2:8 so if you want to read the documentation read the right one
Never thought to look here. The official BSS docs regarding charts are painfully thin. Thanks.
My bad. I would have assumed BSS was using the latest (or at least a reasonably recent) version of the plug in. Current version is 3.5 and BSS is using 2.8.
Time for devs to update.
