How to center items in navbar

Hello, i just purchases BSS and a following a video on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=deZ0C6oS2gw at 5:50 minutes the guy in the video is centering the links in the navbar but my BSS doesnt have any of these options. There is no settings option at all. The only options i see are "Align Items" and "align Content" and both of those settings set to center does nothing. I have the latest version of BSS and am brand new to web development.

Am i doing something wrong here thanks.

The Settings tab has been renamed to Options. It is in the right panel group next to Look & Feel. When you select it you should see this:

Make sure you have selected the Nav component on your page. As you can see it is highlighted in blue here. If that is not what you see, could you please post a screenshot?
