I can't delete an element of a page

Hello,

I recently installed the latest version of Bootstrap and renewed my license.

I can’t remove any html elements from my layout.

Is this a bug or do I need to activate something to be able to edit the layout?

I can duplicate, move, hide, etc. any element (for example, a column), but not delete it.

Would you provide some screenshot? I never get those experience before.
