Thank you for the screenshots! I’m guessing you’re using Font Awesome 5? We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue and we can only guess what is causing it without seeing the code. If you could send us the design, it would really help.

I am having the same problem. Some of my pages have the icon in the menu and some don’t. The ones that didn’t have the icon didn’t include https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css. I added a link to that file to the page after export and the icon appeared.
That file doesn’t display in BSS and must be added after export. So, I just added that as an external link to BSS so it is included in the export. The menu is a linked component. It is now, however, linked twice on the pages where it already was included.
