Has anyone successfully imported a website into BS? If so, can someone suggest a way to do with minimal code change?

If the website is built with Bootstrap, and all its HTML files and assets in one folder then it’s as simple as following the documentation on the Bootstrap Studio site here:
If your site is not using Bootstrap then it shall require some editing to work within the application usually.
