After I clicked the upgrade button and quit the program, it would not restart from the shortcut icon or the executable.
I rebooted my machine and tried again and it still would not start. Finally I did a search for “Bootstrap Studio” and found an .exe file that had “pending” as part of the name. I had to manually click it, and the update installed. Once I did this, it seemed to finish the install fine and I the program is now working normally, but it did give a scare for a moment.
