Lifetime subscription

I have a lifetime subscription. I clicked for the update and now I can’t bring up the app and I can’t find anyway to logon to it again

There’s a bug in the 6.3.1 update. You have to download the update manually and install. See Martin’s instruction here…

Bootstrap uninstalled itself

The issue with Bootstrap Studio disappearing from your computer after the update is due to a bug in the auto update mechanism on Windows. The auto update system is a third party open source component that has always worked until this moment, we didn’t expect to see issues with it. I found a link on the FAQ page for downloading a fresh copy. Otherwise, everything was deleted and there was no way to get the app running again. So, I’m good again.

Good, glad you got it working.

If you read the instructions I put in my first response, it contained the link to the download page where you can download current and old versions of Bootstrap Studio.
