Link to section not working

I am usimg the App Toolkit template. I am not able scroll fown to the section ID called “features”, when i add “features” to the URL in options. I checked the free template “Grayscale” where this works and the only difference i can see is they have a hash tag before the section id which i cant see to add to mine.

Any help appreciated.

I got it to work. I needed to update the label name.
