I have been getting the notification that an update will install as soon as I close Bootstrap Studio, but it never updates. It did update up to 5.0.3 but it is not updating anymore. I have purchased the lifetime edition, I expect to continue updating as long as the company maintains the software.
This likely happens because the running Bootstrap Studio process doesn't have write access over the AppImage. This can arise if the app has been started with sudo at some point and has downloaded an update. The easiest solution is to remove the AppImage and download the newest one from our download page manually.
