Hi everyone,
Just thought Iād let people know here that the problem has been solved.
@richards checked my file and the code was fine and asked about how I publish the site - that triggered my memory about the SFTP.
I recently had to re-install Bootstrap Studio and lost the SFTP connection, when I went to connect again, I entered some wrong info in the directory field. When this was entered correctly the live site worked again. So happy days 
I learnt something from everyone, thanks all!
