No products found while in test mode

Hi,
I’ve been using BSS for some years, but I’m building my first BSS e-commerce store.
I have a Stripe account connected and configured. I also made a Sandbox for dev purposes.
When I enter test mode (in both Stripe and BSS) to check if everything is working, I get the message:
‘No products found’
in the development …bss.design URL website and also in the browser preview.
What am I missing here?

If you make a new BSS project, and then add the Reflow templates, connect that to the same project do you see products?

I had an issue with one of my files were no matter what I tried, Reflow didn’t work till I made a new project file.

I did what you suggested, but I have the same issue: the products only appear when I choose ‘Activate Test Mode: Never’ in BSS.

I also see that in the Payment Methods Details, there’s a wrong email…

That’s… Odd, are you able to share your site and some pictures to help clarify the areas you’re looking at?

And, just to check the obvious, you have setup some products to be displayed?

Yes I have setup products and they appear when I publish online, but not in TEST mode. Do I need to change the API keys to the Test ones, or something?

Thanks for that info!

It says in the docs here that Test Mode will only display Test Mode products, I wasn’t aware of this.

If that doesn’t resolve your issue, drop another message and we can see what the developers recommend

I had read this doc page before, but couldn’t find the almost invisible button that it refers to, because it’s not in the top left corner of the screen, but in the top right corner:

Test Mode in the Dashboard

The Reflow dashboard can be switched between live and test mode via the toggle in the top left corner. Depending on the selected mode, only live or test objects will be displayed.

Sorry about that! We moved the position of the Test mode toggle a while ago but we’ve missed reflecting the change in the docs.

We’ll update the docs to make it less confusing.
