Why my website is tagged not secure?

Cloudflare:
Website content (only name and instagram):
On Cloudflare, you have DNS only. This means that traffic to your domain bypasses Cloudflare.
You need to change this by passing traffic through CloudFlare which will assign the SSL certificate.
To change this, go to the edit link by the record in Cloudflare, and turn the toggle to Proxied rather than DNS only.
