Would like to expand the open graph options. Currently we only have IMAGE available. Would be great if we can embed a URL to call YouTube or as an animated GIF or SWF based in this topic -
Stackoverflow OG - i’m mainly a designer but with a good understanding on Front-end and would like to see this happen sometime in the near future. Would be an awesome feature.
Thank you for the suggestion! I don’t think animated og images are supported on social media sites, but maybe using a gif or animated webp as an og image is worth a try?
The linked stack overflow thread appears to be an outdated technique - SWF files don’t work anywhere at this point.
