This is weird because I have the exact same set up on another website and it works fine, but not on this one. Basically when I sign in and buy an item it does not get displayed in the order status section, it just says “No orders found”. Anyone know why? Or maybe I’m missing a step. Again, I had it working on another site…

Can you try switching on the Testing Mode option? It is likely you are making test orders but are looking at the live screen.
