Worked before what?
When I run into issues like this, I backtrack. First thing is try creating a new website and add just the parallax component to it, and then preview it to see if it works. If it does, then start thinking about the order of what you did when you were building your website, and at what point the parallax feature stopped working.
You can also just backup your existing website, and start disabling or deleting things until the parallax starts to work again. It’s basic debugging 101.
Or, you could post a link to your .bsdesign file and maybe someone can take a look. It’s probably not a program bug, but something you did in the course of building your site.
