Placeholder Issues on Forms - Change Color on Input/Floating Placeholder

Hello,

  1. How change the placeholder color on input from a user? I went through blogs and many articles and videos and haven’t found anything that helps.

  1. For some reason my theme (Bold and Dark), Has issues with floating placeholders? If I try it the placeholder are on the outside of the form input box and aligned in the center.
