Possible to do this with Tabs component?

Hello,

I’ve got a tabs component set up in Bootstrap Studio, pretty easy and cool. However, I was wondering if it’s possible to add an icon/image to the top/right area where I have circled in red in the below screenshot:

If it’s not possible, do I have any other options? I assume I’d have to create tabs from scratch using raw html/css/javascript myself?
