Remove tabs/spaces of multiselected lines in .js file

How can I remove multiple spaces at onece without having to remove it manually for each line?

I want it like this:

Highlight what you want to move and press Shift-Tab for moving it to left.

If you press TAB the highlighted text moves to right
If you press SHIFT-TAB the highlighted text moves to left
