I know BSS is meant to be kept simple for newcomers to development. But it would be great to have more advanced options for the experienced dev.

Yes I found old threads but wanted to bring it up again. Strange it’s not there by now, since for any professional dev git is a must!
I saw that but it’s not what I need. I would mostly like the Git feature to push and pull versioning of any frontend I build within BSS
