It would be great if the folder path was added to the page dropdown selected page. I may have a index.html file in the root and also a index.html file in a subfolder but the dropdown selected page does not show any difference between the two files when displaying. I just show for instance index.html. I would like it to show index.html for root files, and myfolder/index.html for subfolders. (and beyond ?)

It would also be helpful if one could select a folder as a url in the options for a link. (The folder would contain the index.html page)
