Smart Form won't verify an email address

Hi all,
I have used Smart Forms successfully with multiple email accounts, however there is one email account where the verification email simply won’t arrive in the inbox. Have checked junk folders, spam filters on the server, you name it - it’s just nowhere to be seen. Is anyone aware of any issues with Smart Forms and Microsoft 365? Or any other issues that might cause this?
All help appreciated.

We use Postmark for delivery of email verification messages, and they have a practice of blacklisting addresses that have resulted in a hard bounce in the past. Write to via our contact page so we can investigate further.

Thanks! That makes sense. Would have been a hard bounce last week.
