I have been using a smartform with a client site. No issues that I heard of. Had to change the form recipient email - entered, validated, and applied. Moved the page over to the server, and now it is not functioning.
Also, the form should redirect after submission when processed; it is not doing that either.
Is this an issue from my end?

The changes to the form would be in the js file. You will need to upload this to the server as well
Checking on my phone, I can see the sites HTML does have the attribute to send users to the thank you page once submitted.
I imagine like what @richards suggests, is you should try changing the JS file too.
That was the issue - Inside the assets, there is also another folder, embed/js folder, with another smart-forms.min.js file, so I just moved everything over to the server.
It works now, and it completed a verification before sending.
