My software is Stop working - error - Bootstrap Studio has stopped working...

"Stop Working"... I have never ever had such an error-message. Exept with an virus or something on the computer. But I will always learn new things :)
For this problem I think it's the best the supporter can SEE the message.
So please take some screenshots with pressing the [PRINT] key Then take Gimp or Photoshop and paste the clipboard [CRTL]+[V] send the pictures to the developer, or if you have a cloud or something... put the link here Do this for each message of that error.
With this I they could find the error faster, I think.
