Hello, I have developed a website using version 4 of B.S. Then I upgraded to version 5 Now I like open my job but message is "This file was created in a newer version of Bootstrap Studio and can't be opened." How to?

Check to make sure that the version of BBS you are launching is the version 5 installation, and not your older version 4 installation. If you are launching the program from the same shortcut, you may be launching the older version of BBS, which is why you'd get this message. Go to the top menu and choose Help > About and make sure your running BSS version 5.x
all ok, I have uninstalled all and reinstalled only 5.1 now I can open job many thanks
