Verify Recipient

I have 2 confirmed emails under “Manage Recioients” for the smart forms. When I add a new one, it never sends me the verification email…And it is not in the trash or junk or anywhere…
I can choose one of the ones that are verified, but that isn’t the email I need to use. Anyone have a clue what I can do? Thanks!
