The user made components are awesome. However, I'm getting a hard time finding the one I need.
On BS Studio app it only display the trending and latest components, but I assume there are more.
Where can I find a list of them ?

Do a search for the component you want to use. Just type in the box above the list and use a keyword that will pull them all up for that item.
Unfortunately, we don't have any way to get a full list, we've asked for that quite a few times, but so far no love on that :(
search for single letterls, like a, e, i, o and u
btw, not all user-created components are useful or a time saver
