Window size.

So until BS supports multi-window I am trying to the best I can with tiny windows, however there appears to be a bug, if you look at the screenshot I cannot slide the width of the HTML/Styles/controller.js tabs window any further to the right, it will decrease but won't increase any further than show. This is release: 4.2.0
